RON GALELLA: BELLEZZA PER SEMPRE | PHOTO VOGUE FESTIVAL 2025
On the occasion of the Photo Vogue Festival 2025, Metronom renews its collaboration with Nonostante Marras by contributing to the exhibition Ron Galella: bellezza per sempre (Ron Galella: beauty forever), open to the public from March 8 to 30, 2025.
The exhibition features over 100 photographs by Ron Galella (New York 1931 – Montville 2022), one of the most famous and renowned paparazzi. Thanks to his unmistakable style and personal connection with some of the celebrities he captured, Galella created a body of work that is truly one of a kind. With a career spanning more than fifty years, he dedicated his life to photographing iconic figures without prior notice, embracing a narrative approach that rejected staged shots in favor of a more genuine and spontaneous portrayal of individuals.
Curated by Francesca Alfano Miglietti, the exhibition is organized in collaboration with Alberto Damian Gallery and the publishing house Sime Books.
